こちらは吉岡将弍さんの蔵出し作品。15年近く眠りについていた作品を掘り出してご紹介させていただきます。干支が一回りするほどの年月の間に作風が変化したり、深みを感じられたり、逆におおらかさや初々しさが感じられたり‥と作品とは生き物だなと感じます。今とは少し雰囲気の異なる作風をお楽しみいただけます。

こちらは、北欧を思わせるような大胆にデフォルメされた模様がとても素敵な平皿です。夏に咲き誇ったひまわりの花びらが散った後のような愛らしいもようです。サンドイッチやおかずに。

This is a kura-dashi (archival) work by Masatsugu Yoshioka.
We are pleased to present a piece that has rested for nearly fifteen years.
Over the span of a full zodiac cycle, an artist’s style evolves—gaining depth, sometimes showing a generous openness or youthful freshness.
It reminds us that each work has a life of its own.
Please enjoy this piece, which carries an atmosphere slightly different from his current style.

A flat plate featuring a boldly stylized pattern reminiscent of Nordic design.
The motif has a charming quality, like sunflower petals scattered after full bloom in summer.
Beautiful for serving sandwiches or side dishes.
