じっくりと時間をかけて作られる加賀料理が、美しい器とともに、ビビッドなショッキングピンクを背景に描かれています。その大胆な色の組み合わせと絶妙な配色センスも、この作品の大きな魅力です。

加賀友禅師として、経済産業省認定の伝統工芸士の称号をもつ吉本さん。その作品は遊び心にあふれ、大胆な構図と色使いで、加賀友禅という伝統的な技法を使いながら、構図や色使いには現代的な感覚があり、伝統と現代をつなぐ心躍る表現をされています。

風呂敷は、一枚あるととても重宝します。
お土産や結婚式の引き出物、プレゼントにはもちろん、小さめのテーブルにクロスとして掛けたり、アクリルの額縁に入れてリビングの壁に絵画のように飾ったりと、さまざまな楽しみ方ができます。

Jibuni, kabura-zushi, pressed sushi, Bessho bamboo shoots, berobero, deep-fried gori fish, sweet shrimp, winter yellowtail, traditional New Year dishes, Kaga vegetables, crab dishes, and of course, grilled dojo loach!

For those who grew up in Kanazawa, these are all familiar foods that many will have enjoyed at least once.

These traditional Kaga dishes, many of which are carefully prepared over time, are depicted in beautiful tableware against a vivid shocking-pink background. The bold combinations of color and exquisite sense of balance are part of what makes this design so captivating.

Yoshimoto is a Kaga Yuzen artist and an officially certified Traditional Craftsperson. Her work is full of playful spirit, combining bold compositions and striking colors with the traditional techniques of Kaga Yuzen. With a distinctly contemporary sensibility, her designs bring tradition and modernity together in a fresh and joyful expression.

A furoshiki is an incredibly versatile piece of cloth to have.

It makes a wonderful souvenir, wedding gift, or present, but can also be used as a tablecloth for a small table or framed in acrylic and displayed on a living room wall like a work of art. There are many ways to enjoy it beyond its traditional use as a wrapping cloth.
