【エッセンシャルオイルの楽しみ方】

エッセンシャルオイルは、香りを楽しむだけでなく、
暮らしのリズムを整えるものとしても使うことができます。

■香りを空間に広げる
・ディフューザーに数滴垂らすだけで、部屋全体がやさしい香りに。
朝は柑橘系、夜はラベンダーなど時間帯で変えるのもおすすめ。

アロマストーン…火や電気を使わず、玄関や枕元にそっと置くだけ。

・バスタイムに
湯船にそのまま入れるのはバスタブの汚れの原因となりますので、天然塩や無香料のバスベースに混ぜてから。深く呼吸するとリラックス効果◎
